- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We Honor our Pricing that we agree for our estimates. We do not change customers on the beginning of job. We honor the price of agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is speaking with our new customer over the phone and introduction myself and my cleaning company. After we have exchanged names. We would be glad to give estimates over the phone and answer any questions asked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We, meaning SeaBrite Cleaning have had the experience for at least 15 years now. So we have lots of experience in education in home cleaning services.
