FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For events and parties I charge a base fee of $100 for the first hour and $80 for each additional hour. For anything over 4 hours up to a full day I generally offer a discount. For neck up, partial or full body paint my pricing varies widely based on factors such as type of paints used (alcohol or water based), level of detail and time required to execute (1-5 hours). This can range anywhere from $30-$75 for neck up, $75-$350 for partial, and $200-$600 for full body paint. Deposit upon booking required for special events and holidays. Please feel free to message me through here, my website or instagram with any custom requests or questions regarding quotes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began doing henna after my little sister requested a henna kit for her birthday. It sounded fun and I ended up ordering one for myself as well. The children I babysat at the time asked if they could have henna too, but some were a bit young so I made the switch to painting so that they could be involved too. Face painting turned into full body painting turned into drawing and eventually discovering I can work with almost any art medium and create things I never imagined possible. And it all started with a birthday gift.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve had the opportunity to meet so many people the past couple years face painting for kids parties, turning baby bumps into art for expecting mothers, creating the illusion of clothing with full body paint, and more!
