Did the diligence of showing me a before and after photo. He seemed really eager with the job, gave me lots of options. Him and his partner are very tall as well, so if you have high ceilings and a house full of boxes from just having moved in, you don't have to worry about the logistics of getting a super tall ladder inside. Some paint chips did happen during vent removals, but that can happen, so just have some touch-up paint ready if your walls aren't base white.

Dimitri communicated right away and was able to squeeze me in for an estimate only a few hours after I reached out. He is the owner of the company and very knowledgeable and professional. He checked My furnace, vents in various parts to see if he could identify a smell that is potentially coming from my furnace/air conditioner. He gave me suggestions and didn’t try to upset me which is very refreshing. Dimitri cleaned some parts and is going to provide me an estimate to replace my UV light and clean out the ducts. All in all great service. I definitely recommend Happy Air Duct.

Dmitrii's work was superb on my ducts. He was very prompt to reply and schedule a visit to get me a quote. In fact, he gave me multiple quotes based on the different levels of duct cleaning / replacement I wanted to do. Each quote had an upfront price with reasoning behind why each option should be chosen. On top of that, he didn't try to push anything I didn't need! He then came by ASAP to install the Air Scrubber (which has helped my allergies immensely!) and then scheduled another trip to install the R6 air duct system that he had to drive all the way to the Valley to purchase before installing them. When he came, he and his helper worked diligently and finished the install excellently while cleaning up any mess that was made in the process. He then took videos and photos of the ducts to show me afterward and what to look for in the future. Seriously, I couldn't have asked for a better service from Dmitrii, and since he's been here, my electric bill has gone down 15% even in these hot months, and the temperature discrepency between the upstairs and downstairs has gone down from the 9 degree difference before he was here to 1-2 degrees since he changed some of the air flow for each floor. I strongly recommend Dmitrii to everyone.

Dmitrii goes above and beyond to ensure his work is done well and that our home HVAC has been properly taken care of. We initially hired him to clean our air ducts at a fair price. He actually and made us aware of a larger issue with our HVAC unit which he was able to troubleshoot and provide a thorough plan of action. Dmitrii provided very excellent guidance and pricing breakdowns for our new Air Duct systems and installed them with care. Usually i do inspection to figuer out what has to be cleaned, do the photos to show what is going on inside the ducts, furnace, coil and aksing the client what as a result they want to get. Based on previous information i do recommendation what they need and what i can do.
