It's rare to find a company these days that offer a small town feel. Most are automated or you have to use chat to get someone to help you. I was anticipating the standard when I called to inquire about replacing my shades. What I got however, was a sales rep who made me feel like I was talking to old friend up the street. He was very personable, knowledgeable and very patient.For me, it's all about the customer service leading up to the install. I was happily surprised to find that the installer was also very personable. They did a fantastic job installing my blinds, cleaned up after themselves and they made sure I was 100% happy before they left. I'm really glad I went with them over their competitors.I highly recommend California Shades.

I just want to say that they did good job. They spend a few hours to install the screen door for my house and the door looks very nice.
