My experience was awesome. Paul C. Nguyen was my attorney and he was on top of everything. When I was procrastinating he was consistently emailing for the information to get my bankruptcy going. Working with Paul has been a phenomenal experience. I was nervous and uncertain how the Chapter 13 process would go, but Paul not only successfully handled my case, but he also explained everything to me and laid out the whole process (in a very friendly, caring, and thorough way). He knows the law inside and out, the likes and dislikes of the trustees who handle your case, and - unlike other attorneys - always quickly returned my calls and gave his undivided (and nonjudgmental) attention.
