- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe we offer a tremendous value. Being able to multitask and do more then one trade makes us more competitive in most projects but more important more timely completion superior end results, this is validated simply by continuity of the trades connected working as a unit together. This as opposed to a bunch of independent contractors not working together instead pointing blame on others for failures rather working together to achieve!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet with the client, answer all there questions. Then provide an estimate. We then offer all new client $50 off any first time service, repair, installation, or renovation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years of college, numerous trade schools & certifications, expert Kitchen designer & Home Space planner, numerous continued education webinars focused, on subjects such as green building, lighting design, electrical systems, plumbing systems, water heaters, water purification, building envelope design, Drafting, Computer aided design, sketch up, modest, Hvac training, plus 30 + years experience as hands on & managing general contractor.
