- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to provide a "one-stop-shop" type of service for my clients. The more work and stress that I can take off of your plate, the better. Each package is tailored to fit you and your needs specifically.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate via email, text, and phone. When a new client reaches out, I first make sure I have that date available and then I proceed with asking pertinent questions and requesting a phone call to go over details and find out how I can best assist. My goal is to make this process easy for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent most of my life working in customer service. I have more than 10 years of experience in private events from various roles as a coordinator, planner, decorator, server, bartender, and event organizer.
