- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to see the house and do a walk through with the owner of the house before we give a quote. In that way the owner of the house feels confident that we will not charge extra after we are done cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's important that our customers come first. we work as a team and never as an individual. Each team lead will introduce themselves and their team to our new customer. All our employees wear uniform and Name tags with their name on it for identification purposes. Our new customer will give the employees a walk through to the house. when we finish cleaning we will ask our customer to do another walk through to make sure we dint miss anything and if we did we correct it there and there..
