We are a small catering company that unlike others, wish to remain that way. We believe giving that personal touch should be our number one focus from start to finish. From the first moment you contact us to the end of your event, you will be working with the owners of the company. We believe the quality of our ingredients, the quality of our service, and the quality of our food preparation are priceless. They are actually very reasonable. We work to make every event happen at a budget that you are comfortable with.

Onore Catering bid for our New Year's Eve party, after several emails and a meeting at our Lodge, we hammered out our menu and cost. We met on a Thurs and told him we would be back to him on Tues of the following week with a contract. On Monday morning We received an email telling us that he had been offered another job and that he was not available on NYEve. I feel that this is not good business practice to engage in a ongoing business program and then pull out because something else better came along. I personally would be afraid to deal with Rick Reynolds of Onore Catering again.

Mary's review is mostly correct with a little clarification. I was told that I would get an answer on Tuesday after her committee meeting that had to approve of the price and the menu. I was told they couldn't commit to anything until after that, not that I would get a contract for her event on that day. I was also under the assumption that I was not the only company quoting the event. I withdraw my quote not because something better came along, I withdraw my quote because I was offered a firm job and had to decide to take a definite job by Sunday over one that at the time was just a quote.
