- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're very upfront and fair with our pricing. Our pricing is standard and the cost of a project varies, depending on the surface condition to be repaired or painted and whether or not the property is vacant or in use. Also if customer want same existing color which is cheaper than when you change color.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to help new customers with different types of color options that work best with the home's lighting. Explaining different types of finishes such as flat, velvet, eggshell, semi-gloss and gloss. And the best thing is to go to paint store and do your samples and put it on the walls. After all of your paint and materials have ben chosen, we're ready to move forward with repairing and repainting your space!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience doing the work since 1990 so 34 years and my c-33 painting and decorating license , also I'm led certified.
