- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To provide a personalized quote, we need a few details about the move first. But, based on our experience, most small moves require just a truck and 2 movers with equipment. Therefore, for small moves, we run a SMALL MOVE PROMO: Flat, all-inclusive rate of $109 per hour (FRI-SAT is +$10, credit card payment +$10). There are no additional fees for truck delivery, fuel, or packing materials – you pay your rate multiplied by the actual hours worked! Simple as that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The team arrives at the customer's preferred time. The foreman introduces the team, and together they inspect the premises and scope of work. Next, the foreman explains the terms of service and provides a more precise estimate of the time needed for the job. After the contract is signed, the job begins, and the paid time starts. Upon completion of the job, the foreman notifies the customer about the finished work and offers to inspect the transported items and the truck cargo box to ensure everything has arrived in order. Following this, the customer signs the contract and completes payment for the job.

Our company holds a license issued by the Bureau of Household Goods & Services, a credential granted after an evaluation of financial stability, commitment to safety, presentation of insurance documentation, and criminal background checks conducted by the Department of Justice and the FBI.
