- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We ask for a deposit to start off the project, which we can agree on that amount once we win the bid. Normally we ask half of the total price, however, we can be very flexible and depending on the size, we can either ask for a weekly payment as the project advances, or collect the rest of the payment once the project is finalized. We also ask for the entire payment to be made in cash, and if not then at least half of it, the rest can be payed with a check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we meet up with with a person who is in-charged of the project at the job site. We also come out to meet up with the costumer at their house or the site of the project. Other times, we have costumers who are unable to meet up, normally, they would give us a key or passcode so we can enter the work place. Beforehand, we would have already scheduled a phone call or face time to go over project details. No matter what the circumstances are, there is always a solution. We are more than happy to help out and make the process as smoothly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are OSHA 30 certified. Again, the experience we have was developed over 30 years, so we learned our trade on the job. All of our employees also have more than 6 years in the painting industry. In others words, we are good at what we do.
