He was great, polite and really thorough. made sure everything was working and we were satisfied before he left. He prices were reasonable and for getting this old dusty unsafe outlet working again his excellent safe work was well worth it!! Jam replaced 3 GFC outlets when another electrician was not thorough with their assessment. I appreciate him being able to respond within minutes and repair the problem within hours. Will definitely use and recommend again.

Jam was great. He came inside and quickly assessed that the issue wasn’t within the homes electrical circuits but rather a PG&E issue which only could be handled by PG&E. We called PG& E who rectified the situation.
