Brittany did an excellent job in making the balloon garland for a baby shower. The end result was beautiful and very well made. She even went above and beyond to deliver it on time. She is super responsive and very responsive.

I don’t know how Brittany can even have bad reviews. I am in New York and had to plan my friends bridal shower in San Francisco so I reached out to three ballon decorator. Brittany reached out first and we got talking about the vision I was looking for. With time differences I could imagine delay in conversation and also I was planning it a week before coming in for the wedding but having all these things not working in my favor Brittany made it so easy and smooth for us. She was punctual with replies, patient with my delayed responses. She was so good at her job that we were done discussing the plan in like 2 days which made it easier for me to focus on other aspects of the bridal shower. Now getting to the day of the bridal party. She was punctual and I wasn’t expecting such good display for the price I got as compared to other ballon decorator. Everyone couldn’t stop raving about how good it was. The ballon’s were so such good quality that we were even able to use it for the wedding entrance which was two days after. I can’t thank you enough for making this so special for my bestie. Also she was such a good vibe, fun loving and with amazing positive personality. Thank you again Brittany you are the best !!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
School communities always receive a 10% off their designs (does not include delivery and set up installation fee. First time customers offered a 10% discount on balloon design. Minimums for a Backdrop / Focal Point is $350 (Not including delivery/installation) Pick ups are available!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we discuss your ideas and I present my pricing--if you're comfortable and ready, I will create. your invoice detailing your design, setup and pick up time. A 50% retainer fee is required to hold date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken several courses with leading Balloon artists in the industry! via Tuftex Conference, Balloon Occasions, and JPD Events.
