Ken responded quickly to my request for assistance with installing a washer onto a pedestal which Home Depot delivery refused to do. He faced the challenge of working in a tight space with excellent professionalism. He was very good at communicating with us to check on arrival times and letting us know his arrival time. Plus he did a great job helping us with the final setup of the washing machine and checking to make sure it works. We will keep his contact if we need future appliance repair.

Ken provided great service fixing my washer with water draining issues. He arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He was was very honest and transparent. A previous tech(called from thumbtack as well) quoted me to replace the drain pump, he said no need to replace the part, but it needs to be unclogged. He made the washer work again and educated me about the process again. I would highly recommended ken for his honesty and professionalism.
