FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with their schedule is first. Secondly explaining the steps that have to be done as well as material used. Lastly giving them a full explanation of how long it will take in full and why.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in this trade so my training started young!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Most customers decide to always go with the cheapest quote. The advice I give is if you request multiple quotes you shouldn't look at the cheapest and automatically hire. You should review what they offer their word, quality, recommendations,& reputation. If the person you go with is the cheapest price, make sure they explain them self correctly with what's provided.
