Overall, I’m happy with the service that the owner provided. She called to speak to me over the phone to discuss in detail what I was looking for. She also followed up after the service was complete. For that I give 5 stars.
However, the completed service was not as expected. I wanted a deep clean and it was more of a standard cleaning. I had to request several items to be addressed that should have been part of a deep clean. We did a brief walk though but there were several areas untouched that I didn’t see until after. I do feel as if I should have been monitoring closely as they cleaned but wanted to give them space to do what was included in the deep clean. What was cleaned, they did a good job and were very friendly and I will give them another chance. But I thought it’s important to leave an honest review as it was a bit frustrating to pay for a service that was not 100%. Again, the owner rectified the situation which I appreciate and I will give them another chance and be happy to leave another review then.
