Anthony arrived when he said he would, and the communication was good. Unfortunately, our treadmill turned out to be beyond repair due to a manufacturing fault, which caused the frame to brake. Anthony quickly diagnosed this (it wasn't as obvious as it seems) and informed us that this is not something that should ordinarily fail and the machine should be replaced. He took details and said he would contact Nordictrack. The replacement is on its way! When its needed, we'll have Anthony service it!

Anthony was fantastic. My treadmill is only about 2.5 years old and has been squeaking/increasing louder when running on it. I scheduled a maintenance through him and asked him to also let me know if anything was broken, as it seems something may have been. My entire frame ended up being cracked. It took some investigating & could have resulted in an injury, I’m sure, so I was grateful for his time and expertise. He provided an excellent service, is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Will definitely be using him in the future.
