I charge an flat rate for residential clients and hourly for small businesses. Travel is included in service charge. Additional cost for parts provided by BlessnBiz Computer Service.

Contact customer to discuss their computer needs and schedule service. Give the customer a business card upon arrival. Perform repairs, and give customer a work order detailing services performed. Receive payment

I have an CompTIA A+ certification as well as Microsoft Certified Pro certifications.
