I almost didn’t consider using them because they only had 1 review. but the minute I talked to the boss, I knew they were going to be great. And they were. My plumber was licensed and he was so knowledgeable and calmed me down as I had guests coming. He was totally honest about the leaking water and didn’t try to upsell me a more expensive way to solve it. I kept saying, “really, it’s done, you fixed it? It’s so hard to pick some who can’t give you any idea of what it might cost without coming out. I got an hourly charge and the plumber even hooked up my fire pit, free. They may be new to Thumbtack, but this is a highly experienced company who know how to treat a new customer. These are my guys now. I totally trust them. And they will be getting a ton of 5 star ratings which they totally deserve. It feels good to give someone a chance to prove themselves. It seems they go the extra mile to do a great job.
