FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for starting work with a client begins with communication via SMS or messaging apps. This allows us to discuss all the details of the upcoming project: the scope of work, its location, and specific requirements. Communicating this way is convenient because all agreements are recorded in writing. This helps avoid misunderstandings in the future, as every detail has already been discussed and documented.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned everything on my own. I had to work to provide for my family, so I took on any job I could and always strived to do it well. Along the way, I was taught by people who guided me and explained how to perform various tasks correctly. This experience helped me develop the skills to handle a wide range of jobs with different complexities and focuses.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
started working in construction back in 2005 when I lived in Russia. During this time, I acquired a wide range of skills. I learned how to pour concrete forms for foundations, build turnkey houses, including erecting walls, installing roofs, doors, and plastic windows, as well as painting. Additionally, I specialize in laying ceramic tiles on floors and walls. This experience has given me valuable knowledge and skills that I successfully apply in my work today. Thank you for reading!
