Mike Reed was a pleasure to work with and his crew did a great job despite some challenging weather that made the conditions for completing our home improvements much more difficult.The subcontractors and tradesmen Mike recommended were also very experienced and knowledgeable, completing their work quickly and proficiently. Mike very quickly was able to get our basement from being a soppy mess to a place that efficiently drains water into a pump and is drying out nicely. He was communicative and the job came in on time and on budget with minimal disruption to our lives. What more can you ask for?

We had a French drain installed along the side of our house to prevent water leaking into a conversation pit in our living room. Mike and his team provided high quality work while also being very responsive to scheduling needs. I really appreciated Mike taking the time almost every day throughout the job to give me an update/explain what was going on. Also, Mike and his team swiftly returned to fix an issue we noticed a few weeks after installation. Appreciate the professionalism and reliability that was shown all throughout the process.

I like to meet with the clients, discuss their project, answer all their questions and develop a rapor. Once a foundation has been established it is much easier to move forward

I have a Bachelors of Science in Business, I served on the Nevada County Contractor's Executive Board for six years, the Nevada County Building Board of Appeals for twelve years, several comittees and I was responsible for building hundreds of homes in many different counties
