The guy was professional and honest; he checked the drops in the attics, did a full checkup, then pointed out to me that these drops are old, no work is needed, and there are no signs of any recent rodents. Other Pest control guys lied and tried to sell me the service, but those are honest and did a professional job. Too bad I did not end up hiring them since I don't need any work, but I would recommend them for sure and will call them if I needed any help in Pest & Wildlife Control in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price on the Job and scope of work ( free Inspection required ), depending on many services you sign up with us the bigger the bundle discount is. We also have a referral program you can ask the inspector about.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we schedule a free inspection , then we do an inspection on the property. We then will give our recommendations on how to get rid of the problem , from cleaning up or sealing the property to guarantee the satisfaction of our customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed with the pest control board and our technician has about 25 + years in the industry.
