TrueTouch began in 2018 and has been running ever since. Despite being a much smaller business compared to others, you are getting a more personalized and accommodating experience. My wife and I originally began TrueTouch as a furniture flipping business that soon turned into many more projects in and out of homes! We know the frustration and high costs that comes with hiring bigger companies who just want to take your money and finish a job quick. We always give our best efforts to ensure quality in a timely manner without overcharging. Everyone deserves to have those improvements they’ve been putting off for so long at a reasonable price. We just learned about Thumbtack and hope to gain new clients by showcasing our previous work.

I found Alex through his wife Valerie on our neighborhood app I contacted him and he showed up on time for a fair price He started the project and I was very impressed with his work I highly recommend him for any electrical work that you need.

I hired Alex to replace my outdoor receptacles. Only 1 outlet was working, Alex took it apart, showed me the issue (which was the neutral wire being disconnected) he reconnected it and he was showing me that after reconnecting it the outlet was still not receiving power. The next step was to replace the 2 receptacles (which hadn’t been replaced in probably 10+ years since I purchased the house). He gave me the option of going myself to the hardware store to purchase what was necessary or he could purchase and I would reimburse him. He communicated very well throughout the process. He purchased what was necessary, handed me the receipt and I reimbursed him as well as paid him for the labor. Alex was quick, honest, and very great at communicating. I could tell he truly wasn’t trying to rip me off or overcharge anything. He’s honest and I’ll be hiring him again for light fixtures that need replacing! Thank you Alex!
