FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with our customers is very simple: we find a date and time that works best with our customer to schedule the job being hired for, we have automatic reminders to let our customers know when the job is, before arriving we send out a text stating that we’re on our way, and when we’re done, we let the customer know when we’re leaving. Customers love the fact that they can trust us around their homes and that will take care of their property such as closing their gates or doors when we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees of Palm Coast Solar Cleaning are educated/ trained on the basic knowledge of solar installation, solar maintenance, visual inspections, roofing & roof safety, and also Osha safety standards. We are also certified through Bird Barrier America for all our bird proofing and pigeon abatement services for bird proofing solar panels.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After the pandemic in 2021, I decided to clean the solar panels on the roof of the home we were renting because they looked really dirty and was hoping that it would help with our electrical bill. After doing so, the cleaning did help with lowering our electric bill and realized that this could be a potential business. After doing research, the solar panel cleaning industry was just barely starting, so I took a leap of faith to start a small business. Now we have been able to service many homes and solar systems and continue to satisfy customers exponentially!
