- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Licensed, Bonded, and Insured contractors our pricing is VERY competitive! We don't charge a dime for estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact: The customer contacts us by phone, email, or through our website. We gather some basic information about the customer's needs and schedule an appointment for a consultation. 2. Consultation: A qualified technician visits the customer's home to assess their needs and provide a free estimate. The technician takes the time to understand the customer's concerns and goals. The technician provides a detailed proposal outlining the work to be done and the associated costs. 3. Approval: The customer reviews the proposal and approves it. Once the proposal is approved, we schedule a time to start the work. 4. Installation: Our experienced technicians install the new HVAC system according to the highest standards. We take care to protect the customer's home and property. We keep the customer informed of the progress of the installation. 5. Inspection: Once the installation is complete, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that the system is working properly. We also provide the customer with instructions on how to operate and maintain the system. 6. Follow-up: We follow up with the customer after a few weeks to make sure they are satisfied with the work. We are always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and experience. We believe that the best way to do this is to build relationships with our customers and to be honest, transparent, and responsive to their needs.
