- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have any additional charges, except for odor removal. We also offer a separate furniture drying service, and if you choose both cleaning and drying, we include lint removal as a gift. Payment can be made with credit cards, debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay with an additional 5% of the service cost. Cash payment or Zelle transfer are also accepted without any additional fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contacts us, and we request pictures of their furniture for an accurate cost estimation or offer them to choose similar furniture from pictures. Once the price is agreed upon, we determine a convenient date and time for the customer, and on that day and time, we proceed with the cleaning.

We work with both private clients and corporate companies, as well as various charitable organizations.
