Deidre S. says, "UPDATE: Frank contacted me this morning and made a special effort to have someone come and give me service today, Labor Day, a national holiday. We are grateful that we were not even charged extra because it was a holiday. The service representative, Arturo, arrived promptly, was very professional and patient explaining every step of the process to us and giving us advice on some things we could do to prevent problems in the future. He keeps a pictorial history of problems and showed us examples related to our situation. We could tell he was earnest. His knowledge and advice is very valuable because our past ignorance has contributed to the present problem. Services we’ve had before just quickly performed their task and left. We may have to have a follow up visit and will now make High-Speed our regular service company for septic tank needs. Well after the appointment was made, The driver informed the representative that he was not working today so the appointment was canceled. So we have to wait three days to get the service we need."See more

Paul M. says, "We had to have a whole house re-pipe about 10 months ago. We had a leak in the slab under the house and instead of fixing the small leak and then may be in a month six months a year coming back and fixing another one so we decided to do the whole repipe. I got four estimates two of them were off the charts, but alliance and another were pretty similar. But I just like the professionalism that alliance showed. They started the job as soon as they were able because we had to have the walls checked for asbestos. But the whole re-pipe took two days. It was amazing to watch the guys work because I was there both days all day and they finished the project, installed a water filter and we’re done within two days. But we also had another issue about three months ago which they really came to the rescue. I had a leak in the front yard. The main line to the house had broken. Of course this is a Friday night. I called two other plumbing companies. One couldn’t even come out until Monday one came out gave me a estimate but couldn’t start until the next week but Alliance sent someone out that evening, who went out to the meter and turned the pressure down so that we could continue to use the water. they sent someone out the next day to look at the project and give me an estimate, but since we could still use the water, we were going to set it up for Monday. They came over early Monday morning and finish the project completely and we’re gone in the afternoon. Everyone I’ve met with the company from the supervisor - managers and workers are all very courteous, friendly and professional. Their prices are very competitive and their work is top notch. Everything I’ve seen them do and I was watching the whole time was excellent quality. I would certainly call them again for any other plumbing needs I or a friend had. An excellent choice!!"See more

The four companies that I called all said they can replace all my water pipes, but they will not patch the holes in the wall.I hear the Repipe specialists commercialson the radio so I gave them a call and sent an estimatorthe next day. The price was reasonable and they replaced all the pipes in my three bathrooms, kitchen, and all the outside hose bibs in one day. Two days later the patch crew came out and patched all the holes in one day. The only thing I did not like was the cut away all my old copper pipes and left them under the house."See more
