Our housing community has continuous issues with the city water pressure being much too high putting a strain on our individual homes. Sergio and David assessed the issue, obtained and installed the pressure relief valve I needed, all within an hour. They then discovered there was also an issue with the drip leg on my water heater not being properly installed and my thermal expansion tank was faulty. They stayed to service my water heater, correct the drip leg installation and replaced my thermal expansion tank. I really appreciate the knowledge and expertise these guys always provide. He took time out of his day on a Sunday evening to thoroughly inspect and take care of the problem right away when others said they couldn’t work on it that same day. Vick was very honest, he took pictures and videos of his inspection and explained the problem step by step. After receiving multiple quotes, Vick’s pricing was the most reasonable-he didn’t take advantage of the situation and was well aware of what others were trying to charge for the same solution. During the process he even worked around having to open a wall that would have made his job easier, which saved me money in the end. I highly recommend Vick and will not hesitate to call him again if needed in the future.
