Henry is an amazing, motivating personal trainer. He has the perfect balance of encouragement, patience, and understanding. I would highly recommend Henry to anyone even thinking of starting working out, I myself barely had any experience with lifting weights and he's made me feel comfortable with a 3 day routine.

This was my first time hiring a personal trainer and I just wanted to get started on my fitness journey. I was nervous at first because I've never done something like this. I have to say Henry is very professional and punctual.
He planned out my week on days I did not meet with him because I couldn't afford to have too many sessions, my budget was more limited, so we only planned for once a week and he mapped out the rest for me to do.
He held me accountable by checking up on me and is very responsive with text, despite how busy his schedule is... He met me at my home, but he's open to meeting outside if that works better for you. There was a few times when I had to meet him at the park and he was still able to work around that.
I would highly recommend working with him if you're considering a personal trainer. I worked with him for 6 months and I may rehire him again in the future if I start slacking off. lol

I’ve been training with Herny for a while now, and I appreciate his kind and professional approach. He’s not just a great trainer—he feels more like a gym buddy who motivates you without pressure. Every session is focused and effective, but also enjoyable. He listens, adapts to your needs, and always makes sure you’re progressing safely and confidently. Highly recommend working with him!
