FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My office charges a contingency fee for most cases. This means that we take a percentage of the total settlement and the client is not expected to pay anything out of pocket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a comprehensive intake to understand the client's relevant history, and we discuss the case's strengths and weaknesses. We take the time to answer all questions and make sure the client is comfortable proceeding with representation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of litigation experience. I worked for an insurance defense firm for the majority of my career where I defended large companies, including insurance companies. The insight I gained in this role is invaluable to the cases I now bring against these very companies.
