I called PrimeMoving at 2pm and spoke to a very friendly operator who setup the appointment. Movers arrived at my door within ONE hour. He appearance and equipment were excellent. Guys was very friendly knowledgeable and quickly helped with my moving. There rates are very reasonable and I was very impressed with Prime Moving.

The three gentlemen that showed up, showed up on time. They were professional and made sure my furniture was protected and well covered before moving it. When we arrived at my new place they put everything together that they took apart and they placed it exactly were I wanted it. They certainly put in the work and I couldn’t be more appreciative and the effort they put in to make sure I was happy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide $105/hr cash for 2 movers and a truck. $30/hr for additional mover and $40/hr for additional truck. We do have senior and military discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get lid, we talk to new customers to provide exact quote for their upcoming move. After that, we send them a confirmation letter with detailed information on it. Once they confirm with us, their project will be in our schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do basic training sessions for all movers before sending them to jobs. Moreover, once a week we do brainstorming to increase our quality of service. Also, every Monday our movers do Covid testing.
