I discuss the scope of work, schedule, and any special requests they may have. 3. Booking & Confirmation: Once we agree on the details, I schedule the cleaning session at a convenient time for the client. I confirm the booking and ensure the client has all the necessary information for the day of service. 4. Execution: On the day of the cleaning, I arrive on time, fully equipped with high-quality cleaning products and tools. I focus on delivering thorough, efficient service with attention to detail. 5. Follow-up & Feedback:After the cleaning is complete, I check in with the client to ensure they are satisfied with the service. I encourage them to leave feedback and discuss any further cleaning needs. I strive to make the process as seamless and professional as possible, ensuring that every client receives the highest level of service and satisfaction.
