Alona was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have never hired a house cleaner before and didn't know what to expect but she went above and beyond. She was right on time, responsive and worked so hard once she got here. I cannot recommend her enough. Truly, I am so happy with how clean my house is, I will be hiring her again for sure. I never hired a maid before but I was very busy and didn't have time to clean my 1 bedroom apartment when I was moving out, I hired Ilona to help with my move out cleaning. She was on time, she was actually early. She did a great job cleaning everything from walls to blinds windows etc. I will probably hired her again with my new place. Thank you for everything Ilona!

I want to apologize for making an accusation that Alena was somehow involved with a burglary that took place after we had hired her. I had reached out to Thumbtack customer support several times to remove the review entirely but they have denied the request. Alena did a good job of doing a basic cleaning of our apartment. Unfortunately, there appeared to be miscommunication, as we had originally hired her for a deep cleaning.
