FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices depend on the size of the house and the amount of work. There is a fixed price for certain types of work. I offer discounts for regular customers and regular services. An additional fee may be charged for garbage removal after the work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new client, the process begins with a discussion of the task: I specify what type of work is required (minor repairs, equipment installation, installation, etc.). Then we agree on the time of the meeting to assess the amount of work. On the spot, I inspect the object to understand what materials and tools will be needed. After agreeing on all the details and cost, I start the work. At the end, I check that everything has been done qualitatively and meets the client's expectations, and is always open to discussing any additional issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than three years of practical experience in the field of repair and maintenance of houses, and I also took several courses on the basics of electricity, plumbing and construction work. I am constantly improving my skills and learning new technologies to provide quality services. My experience helps to solve customer problems quickly and effectively, ranging from minor repairs to more complex projects.
