Arslan and his wife (translator) showed up on time, and quickly assessed the situation. They had brought a Gorilla ladder with them that could easily reach the lightbulbs that needed replacement in our very tall vaulted ceiling. He finished the task in less than 20 minutes. In that they had told us they had a (2) hour minimum charge (at $60/hour), we asked if they could clean the glass lenses on our landscape lights (with supplied #0000 steel wool). They immediately set to work, and finished in about (30) minutes. I rate them a 5-star review. Will definitely hire them again for any handyman tasks. They are professional, proficient, and delightful.
