FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will set up a meet and greet. We want to make sure that we are all a good fit for each other :) We'll have this opportunity to meet and talk about your animal, their daily routine, and what kind of service you need for them. The care that I provide is completely customized to your animal. All of their individual needs will be met during each visit. From there we can figure out what days and times you'll need my services, whether it be on a regular basis or on occasion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been crazy about animals. I was the kid bringing injured squirrels and birds into the house to try and save them. I was the girl hiding pet bunnies in my room and bringing new born kittens into the house from under the porch. I began taking care of animals professionally in 2015. I first started out working for an established dog walking company in Illinois called Super Dog. After a couple of years at that company I moved to a new town and began my own business. Through many new clients I was able to meet and get to know other animal workers like trainers, vets, and groomers. Although I am not a licensed trainer, groomer, or vet, I have learned a lot about all of these fields throughout my years of caring for animals and making sure all of their needs are met.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with over 40 different breeds which include: Golden Retriever, Pit Bull, Poodle, Boxer, Akita, Dachshund, Newfoundland, English Pointer, German Sheppard, Chihuahua, Doberman, and many more.
