Very happy with services he provided. Highly recommend. He fixed my washer and saved a lot of money to purchase a new one. Work was hard, washes is heavy but he changed the part and did not charge me a lot of the labor

I'm a VERY satisfied customer of ORD STARS. The technician discovered that a gap in the seal of the dishwasher was causing the leak -- but that ordering a new seal would be costly, and also take time. So he figured out a way to repair the seal on the spot, and so far the fix is working perfectly!

Great service. Fast reliable and efficient. Received a text and called back came in the same day. Very nice, clean, professional service. He even showed us what to do in the future to avoid service calls! Who would do that in this day and age? Respect to this company. Top rate service, Repair technician is very professional..I have small children and the washing machine is always in operation. quickly found the cause (the spinning did not work) and eliminated the breakdown. Highly recommend
