I have a three year old treadmill (Horizon 7.8 AT) that (1) about a couple months ago, started changing speed by itself and (2) stopped working altogether a few days ago (it would turn on and run slowly for a few seconds but then stop). Edwin responded quickly to the request for service, confirmed the appointment, came at the appointed hour and quickly fixed the treadmill. He also cleaned and lubricated the machine (i.e., the standard maintenance and upkeep that I neglected for three years). His was professional and knowledgeable, and I found his pricing to be very reasonable. I highly recommend him.
