Luis of Pro City Wash did a fantastic job!!! The free estimate, scheduling and completion all went smoothly. The job involved power wash of deck , soft wash of the exterior, window clean and gutter cleaning. Luis completed the work efficiently and thoroughly!! There was some moss buildup which Luis recommended cleanup and he took care of it promptly. I would highly recommend Pro City Wash for the quality of work, fair price and responsiveness. Pro City is an absolutely professional cleaning firm with a high standard for work quality! Excited to move in to our new townhome in Menlo Park now. I’ve found our roof cleaner. ✅ High quality work! Pro City has excellent attention to detail and proper tools for each item. Eg washer brooms for windows, high pressure spray for exterior walls, treatments for algae on our back patio concrete, etc. Previous owners didn’t maintain the house and the gutters were completely clogged over years either tree saplings even emerging. ProCity removed it all thoroughly without damaging the gutters. ✅ Responsiveness over phone, text and Thumbtack were immediate. Other vendors ghosted me or quoted unreasonable rates without any rationale. ✅ Professional. I was proactively provided with clear invoice for each item and a certificate of insurance coverage. On the day of I texted a 30 minute reminder given my past experience with other firms. To my positive surprise the response was “I’m here. Take your time!” Last, the determination to leave a clean job site went above and beyond! We agreed that cleaning the shared driveway wouldn’t be included in the scope of work. However, when removing a few leaves (like one handful) that fell on the driveway Pro City decided to wash the driveway at no additional cost.
