- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a fair price for excellent work and amazing customer service. Getting the cheapest person doesn’t always mean getting the best quality. High quality materials and labor shows, and it will be satisfied much more with the end result.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk the area and call out any issues or concerns. I will provide a very detailed description of the work that I will do and ensure that the customer is concerns are always addressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in business and years of all the job training.
