FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
"Dear customers we have increased our prices a bit due to cost of supplies, masks, gloves, disinfectant, Gad hope you understand, no options; if we do not do it we won’t survive the pandemic!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well before I start with a new project or new customer, I like to personally contact them in order to understand their needs. Let them know that I’m available to do an on-site consultation (walkthrough) this way is better for them to get an exact pricing and me to get a better scope of the job in question; Once hired, we send a confirmation by the app or text message detailing the type of service, name of the crew members and a contact number; we also going to ask for yours in case we need to update our ETA.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before starting my business, I worked with two ladies. With one of them did everything about cleaning. The other one hired me to do the same but also to clean windows in most of the houses she have.
