Pricing is based on knowledge. Knowing how to do the job effectively and up to code. I offer discounts to customers who have referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions. Try to understand what the customer wants. Advice of better methods. Deliver as close as possible to what the customer asked.
