Chef Cristoff’s Tasting menu for 8 people was delightful and delicious. Courses were properly spaced for our holiday conversations. Raves from all about halibut with parsnip purée. The bourbon cake stood out as spectacular (even though we were in the middle of the holiday baking season!) Bone marrow? Fabulous. Pork belly? Excellent. Chef Cristoff worked with me to be sure to have a menu that fit our varied palates. He is cheerful and left a spotless kitchen. Would definitely wish him to be our Chef again.

Chef Christoff and his partner executed the evening with the kind of ease and professionalism that only comes from years of expertise. Standouts among the dishes included the potato pavé, pork belly, sea bass, aguachile, and filet mignon—all absolute 10/10!
