Christoff and his helper arrived timely. He came in and we went through everything. I explained that we were going to play a trick on a dinner guest. He participated and made it fun. The food was amazing, the guests loved it and they left the kitchen spotless. We cannot wait to do this again.

I am so happy that I chose the Polished Fork because the Chef was amazing. The table was set to perfection and had the nicest finishing touch. I decided to go with the Italian menu being that I was hosting for nine people and felt that it was something everyone would enjoy. We were not expecting what was served. This food was as comparable to food that I’ve eaten in Italy. The presentation was superb and the food just melted in your mouth. There was not one person that was disappointed from appetizers to dessert. I wished I lived in LA so that I could hire him again.

I hired Chef Christoff for a private dinner during a bachelorette weekend and it was truly one of the highlights of the trip! From start to finish, everything was organized, professional and absolutely delicious.

It starts with a conversation to see what the customer really wants and then coming up with a custom menu to meet those needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 26 years of restaurant and cooking experience. I also have a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu.
