Every dinner and event is different, and we put a lot of time and thought and preparation into every meal that we serve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation to see what the customer really wants and then coming up with a custom menu to meet those needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 26 years of restaurant and cooking experience. I also have a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu.
