- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee is $15 per signature plus a travel fee starting at $20. I charge a flat fee for loan signings. Price is dependent upon several factors including number of signers, whether documents need to be printed and whether I need to send the documents back to the lender.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out how many signatures need to be notarized, ensure they have a valid ID, get their address and set the time and date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I renew my notary license every 4 years by taking and passing a course. I’ve taken and passed the loan signing course and am a certified loan signing agent.
