- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I guarantee I am the most affordable, professional, for the skills and quality assurance I bring to the table. I stand by my customer. I do not have any hidden fees. I do my best to save you money rather than tack on extras. I believe in honesty and integrity above all else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am big on communication, whether it’s over the phone through the app or text I believe in being a straight shooter and honest on both ends. No surprises. I like to get some details about the job. They are reaching out about give them a rough estimate and then set a time to meet them and see the project in person, so that I can give them a more accurate, proper bid, possibly come to an agreement and move forward with scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified as a flooring specialist, and a master finish, carpenter countless hours in the field and studying product knowledge since early teens. I’ve done seminars conventions, and have been to schools to teach and show kids that if you do it the right way and invest in yourself. It all comes back around. I have also taught and trained countless people how to love the work they do by doing it the right way.
