A portion of my shingles was blown off due to the strong windy night. The next following day I had reached out to Sho Global roofing to come out to put on a temporary weather felt due to the coming raining days. They showed up on time and did a great job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 500$ discount if the client were to hire us at the on-site estimate. In addition, senior citizens get a 2000$ discount .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FREE ON-SITE ESTIMATES!!! We prefer to meet with the home owner in person to get a feel for who I have the pleasure of doing business with. I feel that it is utterly important to be on the same page on what my clients have in mind and also to suggest, from an experienced roofing contractor, what is best for their roof.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have applied and have been granted a C39 roofing contractors license , issued by the contractors state license board (CSLB).
