- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a discount to customers who are paying out of pocket and not filing a claim with insurance, 15% off for seniors, 20% off for US veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is to start with an inspection of the home and provide an estimate for the services that need to be done. New customers will always have to provide name, address, phone number and an email address.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 14 years of experience in the Restoration industry. Certified by the IICRC Institute of inspection cleaning and restoration certification.
