Had a minor leak that had a larger than expected water damage. Called my plumber (Kevin from KP plumbing) to fix it who referred me to Favian from Water Damage Cleanup. He was more than helpful in giving me answers to the questions I had. I had a few other quotes and it was all within similar range. What I liked about Favian was that he was that one to come in and help me with most, if not all, the work. A lot of the others just hire contractors to come in and do the work for them. He was also very good at replying via text in a short amount of time. Favian was good in coming in at the end of it all and double checking everything to make sure everything is good. I never had that feeling that I was causing him an inconvenience. He has a professional manner and got the work done in a good amount of time. He was able to work with my schedule too which was important. He doesn't work on Sundays though, but all of the people I talked to do not. I am finally completed with this inconvenient ordeal and a large weight is lifted off my shoulders. I appreciate Favian and Frederico. I would call them up again if I have another similar issue, hopefully not too soon though. Thanks!

I had a broken water pipe in the crawl space under the house. Favian Gonzales from Water Damage Cleanup Inc came out, put on his jumpsuit and said he would crawl into the crawl space to make sure there is no other leaks and give me an accurate estimate. Two other companies came out just looked from the opening. I appreciated Favian was willing to get himself dirty to do the job right. As it turned out, his quote was reasonable and Favian was dependable, did what he said he would do and fixed the problem quickly. Will definitely hire Favian again and refer him to my friends in the future.

I couldn't be more pleased with Favian & his Company. He personally answered my call (unlike many other companies with call centers) and rearranged his schedule so he could see us same day. You simply don't see committed business owners like Favian anymore. Professional, friendly and just a great guy. Highly recommend!
