- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Trip fee is $125 and will be applied to the bill if we perform the repair. Labor is $200 flat rate and 95/hr if the repair takes longer than 2 hours. Parts prices and shipping and handling are provided by the supplier.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak over the phone about what the appliance is doing or not doing. You send me a picture of the model sticker so that I can get service info and parts for the specific appliance. If necessary I will come for a diagnosis trip, If possible I will have parts with me. I have hundreds of parts on the truck but often it is the case that parts will need to be ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master Samurai Tech, passed the core curriculum with a 99%. Continuing education with advanced refrigerator course. TMM Academics, ongoing. Marcone Servicers Association, attending all in person trainings when they are in town. Usually about twice a year. Hundreds and hundreds of appointments completed with satisfied customers.
