FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer should know one thing that is very important about my pricing and that is that I will beat any ones price. If another pro quotes a job for less than I did all you have to do is reach out to me and I will beat there price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will do a over the phone or even threw a text estimate for the customer where I will be asking questions like 1: what size tv needs to be mounted 2: do you already have a mount for It or would you like me to provide one for you and if so would you like a standard tilting mount or a full motion mount 3: did you just need me to mount the tv or did you also want me to place a new power outlet behind the TV so the power cable isn't hanging down and then anyother cables you may have we can hide by fishing them inside the wall going to there appropriate places, which where you looking to have done. Then once I have that info I can provide a accurate estimate and go ahead and set the appointment up with the customer and then I will typically call and confirm the day before or earlier in the day the day of and then I will see them at the job
