- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re competitive with our pricing and we also offer specials depending on the type of services and season. In addition to that, we are a flat rate company, therefore we never charge for labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by gathering all the necessary and relevant information, such as who the homeowner is, what services they need, the address of the property, phone number, etc. In addition to that, Balanced Comfort offers a protection plan to ensure the customers safety and trust in our services. It also saves them a lot of time and money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our techs have worked in the industry for multiple years prior to coming over and offering their services to us here at Balanced Comfort
