We hired Ignacio to do several tasks at our home. His communication was excellent including a confirmation message the night before our appt. He was professional, friendly and did an excellent job hanging artwork. installing light fixtures and smoke alarms. He also did painting touchups in several areas of the house. We are very pleased with Ignacio and his professionalism and attention to detail. We would recommend him for any handyman work you need. You will be very pleased!!

I needed a bathroom fan installed. I tried doing it myself at first but I realized I couldn’t get the original fan out. I go online and start searching up handyman that can come work on the fan. Mind you it’s around 7pm on a Sunday night. I don’t expect anyone to respond back or be available for a couple days to work on it. As soon as I put in a request he responds in about 5 minutes saying he could come and work on the fan. I was in l shock. 20 minutes later he’s at my house working on the fan. The original owners had this bathroom fan mounted into the ceiling for some reason so it was very difficult to take out however he got it out in no time and provided excellent service. I’ve had a couple handyman come by to work on the house before however he was very efficient, a great guy to talk to, explained what he needed to do and gave suggestions for what to do in the future if the issues came up again. He is by far the best in the business and I am very appreciative of him. I will definitely be calling him up again for any future projects.
